The time to register with a fee waiver has expired.

If you wish to register now, you will have to pay the $50 general annual meeting registration fee ($100 if you are not a member of the New York State Bar Association) plus the $70 program fee.

If your registration is not received by January 24, 2005, you will also have to pay a $50 late registration fee.

You may register either on line at the State Bar site, www.nysba.org, or by fax.

To register by fax, download the registration form and fax it with your credit card payment information on the form to 518-487-5754.
